Frith in the 2.30 at Carlisle is one we think may go well. It has been in good form all season and was just touched off when ridden by an inexperienced jockey last time out. Mount Sandel in the 3.05 is another with achance. Oliver Sherwood doesn't send many to Carlisle and the form has worked out well for this recent winner.
